The management of the licensing process and the build, will be undertaken by the Master Developer for the agreed construction price.
The Master Developer has a team on the ground in Fortaleza, managing with a hands on approach through the highly professional, organized set up, structure and bi-lingual staffing.
Exit
Liquid will be exclusive agents, responsible for the exit of the investment and is confident of its ability to provide this by:
Advertising the villas to Liquid’s client database
Offering the product through our experienced and assured marketing strategies to the International and local Brazilian market
Selling the individual villas at preferential payment terms that cover construction costs during construction but also enable purchasers to utilise a mortgage upon delivery to settle the outstanding balance for villa sales
As Liquid have been an integral part of this investment opportunity, having an established relationship with the Master developer, set up the structure with our strategy and investment concept, the exit has been foremost from the outset.
The Liquid sales strategy will enable us to deliver on our clearly defined targets and truly realize this investment for our clients and move forward successfully with our investment partners to the next opportunity.
