Due to the high price of direct beachfront land, the vast majority is utilized for apartment blocks in order to maximize the returns for the developers. Therefore, the demand for villas/houses in beachfront developments far outstrips demand. This is a demand that is likely to continue for the foreseeable future. Both the International and domestic Brazilian markets are very strong in this market sector.

Required investment
The only required outlay is for the land purchase itself for option one and for option two, the land purchase price plus individual architect and build permission fees, for option 3 the build cost will of course need to be paid, the Master developer himself has the Master project planning permissions and build licenses in place and will carry out the infrastructure works, thereby minimising risk and maximising investor’s returns on investment.

Ownership
Each investor will receive Freehold Title to his individual plots and Title Insurance is available.
