Caponga Beach

 

Caponga Beach offers a range of options to help all our investors maximise their returns.
This development is substantially below the market value of other projects in the area (see price comparisons below). Caponga benefits from having a golf course, hotels, spas, marinas, and commercial centers next door.

Fortaleza Beach Park, just 30km away, is becoming well established as a resort that includes an Aqua- park and the proposed building of a golf course. Beach Park apartments are currently selling at R$3,500 per square meter and nothing left for sale.
Only 20km away is Aquiraz Riviera, which will be the largest international tourism development in Brazil. It offers 1,800 metres of beachfront and the local government has spent R$10M on the road infrastructure ensuring it has a dramatic economic impact on the surrounding area. Aquiraz Riviera will consist of a shopping mall, 3 five star hotels and an 18 hole golf course with leisure facilities. It is estimated that 5,000 new jobs will be created. Plot prices here range from R$250 to R$600 per sq. meter, dependant on location.
Alphaville is a strong brand name in Brazil and sell units in the North East mostly to clients from Sao Paulo and Rio looking for a home for relocation or holidays. Plots at Alphaville sell for up to three times the current Caponga price and demand is so high that sales are usually limited to just two per estate agent.  One site recently sold 900 plots in just 18 hours! These were just sales to the local market! Caponga Beach doesn’t yet have a comparable brand name, but this clearly demonstrates the potential.
