Buy plot(s) and re-sell as plots

Plots in the North East have increased by up to 43% per annum, however average growth is predicted to be around 15% for the next year.

Buy a block, build on and sell villas

An option favoured by most of our developer-investors is to purchase blocks with the intention of building them out over the next few years.
Each block of 14 or 16 villa plots can be simply built as designed in the current plans or re-designed into townhouses, low level apartments, detached or semi-detached villas, or a combination of any of these. The blocks can also be walled in if you want, then gated and enhanced with communal pool for example.
All developers so far are working to a minimum 100% return on a 2 or 3 year time line to build and exit.
