Acquisition / Privatization of 3 hotel units - Belorizonte Hotel (90 rooms, Sal Island); Praiamar Hotel (59 rooms, Santiago Island); Xaguate Hotel (18 rooms, Fogo Island).
1999
Building of Novorizonte hotel, with 130 bungallows.
2000
Construction of 60 new superior rooms in Belorizonte Hotel, plus a new swimming pool, a new reception and a new meeting room.
Inauguration of the first renovation phase of Praiamar Hotel, with the opening of a cafe near the hotel, named "Capital".
Geographic diversification with the acquisition of numerous pieces of land in Ceará, Brazil.
2001
Opening of Praia das Fontes Hotel - a resort of 253 rooms, 78 km south of Fortaleza. The hotel was renewed and totally redecorated.
2004
Conclusion of the renovation of Oásis Atlântico Praiamar Hotel, now with 123 rooms, including 3 suites and 1 presidencial suite.
2005
Opening of Oásis Atlântico complex in Fortaleza, which includes Oásis Atlântico 5 Star Imperial Hotel and 4 Star Oásis Atlântico Fortaleza - a convention center for 1700 people and a commercial center with shops and restaurants.
2006
Opening of Cachaçaria Cigana in Oásis Atlântico complex in Fortaleza.
Conclusion of the renovation and redecoration of Oásis Atlântico Novorizonte Hotel, in Sal Islands in Cape Verde, including the creation of new leisure areas.
