The Partners recognise that human resources are an extremely important asset, especially in a service business. Our competitors often neglect this aspect. The personnel standards in the sales industry can be very low. Often staff are under-valued and treated with little or no respect, poor man managers are promoted to positions of management based solely on their ability to close business rather than their ability to motivate, and bring out the best in other members of staff. The Partners appreciate these facts and personally ensure that staff are recruited and managed, with respect and dignity at all times.

Targets are set and staff that meet the very high standards that Liquid hold ourselves accountable to, will benefit both monetarily and from other reward incentives.

Total Business

Liquid carry out a training course with every member of staff entitled Total Business, new employees will spend training days working within all departments in order to gain an appreciation of other parts of the business and personally meet the staff members of other departments.

Best Practice

Each and every member of staff is taught what best practice looks like, the individual responsibility to work with this philosophy foremost in their minds and that any breach of best-practice will be viewed as gross misconduct.

Personal Development

Each member of staff has regular reviews. The reviews cover performance and motivation. How goals (both the company and individual) can be reached. Each individual member of staff will be encouraged to request further guidance and training in order to further their careers within Liquid.
