Brazil has a wide range of appropriate agro-climatic conditions for coconut cultivation in different parts of the NORTH EAST OF BRAZIL

The Projects have been designed to give an opportunity for foreigners to invest in the coconut industry and to own an ultra modern coconut plantation FREEHOLD.

The Company undertakes to develop and manage such plantations for prospective investors. In order to maximize the use of land and obtain the highest productivity, the company will use 250 plants per hectare, drip irrigation systems, intensive crop care and modern management methods in par with international standards. Freehold land plots will be developed and managed for the interested investors.

Each hectare of land will be developed with 250 Cohibra Select coconut plants, drip irrigation and fertilizer system on par with the standards specified by the Coconut Research Institute of Brazil Empraba in order to obtain the maximum yield. The company will supply water and liquid fertilizer for each plot of land through drip irrigation system.

The land is selected by conducting full investigation undertaken by experts specializing in coconut cultivation, soil, fertilizer and drip irrigation systems.
